This morning we book the airline tickets, from Shanghai to Yinchuan. It will be an excited journey. The desert, the camel, the feeling of riding on a camel walking on the desert...... all of these will be so wonderful and fascination. And the tomb, the western Xia culture, the helan Mounrain ...... which only appeared in my far away test book ...... will be reached now.

Hello liweiwei0909 It sounds like you had planned quite an exciting adventure!! I have never ridden a camel. How was it? How was the desert? Did you have a good time on your journey? Were things as you had expected from your text books? Peace

I prefer the Jiangnan Region, for that's where I grew up. The ideal combination of traditional houses, flowing rivers and small briges transports you to a paradise-like realm. But the northwest part of the country also worths visiting, for it's another side of China, masculine and broad and powerful.
