Do you believe in freinship between man and woman?

I believe your friend is right. I think that when a man and a woman are just friends it's because one of them wants more than just friends and is just abiding their time. I have some male friends that I feel only friendship for and they know it because I have told them many times but everytime I go out with one of them they always make sure I know they want more but are settling for just friendship because it's better than nothing. I know I have a friendship with a guy that I really like and would like more and I've told him but he doesn't feel the same way but wants to be just friends so I am just abiding my time hoping he will change his mind. Stupid I suppose, on my part but my thinking is if there's no chance there's no hope and I need to have some hope, for now anyways.

I agree with you that friendship is possible between a man and a woman, but I also realize that not everyone is mature enough to handle that. I am NOT saying that your female friend is immature, but rather that she realizes that some people are not mature enough to handle a platonic friendship. But I have friends of either gender without any complications.

I believe that friendship is important and it should not matter if women are friends with women or friends with men, but some people like their friends more than they should and it can cause problems if they are not mature.

I believe in friendship between man and woman because I was in this situation. I had some good friends in my younger days and it was really fine. I came to the conclusion it is very interesting for a man and woman to be friends. Men have other perspectives on life than women and you can find out good advice and information. I'm sad they are far away now from where I live.

Yes, I fully believe in the friendship between a man and a women. I have many friend who are women and have some interesting conversations with them. Whilst I have had personal relationships with some of them and they have ended, it hasn't stopped our friendship continuing.. -Derek

I believe there is real friendship between man and woman. Because they won't compare to each other because they are the different genders. And therefore, their suggestions or words to each other are much more sincere. They can just be true friends. I love China

I believe it is very possible for a man and a woman to be friends. I’ve had male friends in the past who I cared for but was not physically attracted to sexually or romantically and I the feelings were mutual. I don’t think every male and female who meet are necessarily attracted to each other in an amorous way. I have male friends today who are happily married and have no romantic desire for anyone else but their wives.

Yes I do believe that one man and one women can be just friends.As I grew up I had many guys as a friend than girls.I think it depends upon kind of personality you have.I am not a girly girl.I am ok with guys and get along with them good.

My brother is a man and we're closer than I've ever been with a woman. I've also had men outside the family as close friends. We talk about everything from woman problems to politics. They don't get as huffy as women when we talk about something they disagree with and seem genuinely interested in any conversation.

I do believe, and fortunately I have two very good male friends. Although we live far away from each other and cannot get together frequently, the friendship among us will never disappear...

AS codris saied, there is a second porpose behind it by some people!There are some strangest feeling between man and woman. Once the freinship exist between a man an a woman,the feeling will change into love,anyone can't control the feeling!So many freinship always exist between man and man and between woman and woman!

But of course it is possible for men and women to be friends... It's not always that men think maliciously on females. I for one have lots of male friends... I know one country who doesn't allow females to mingle with males.. And as i observed it made them crave for each other more... When i say crave, really crave.. As you said, they have second purpose or motives.. Honestly, men are really cool to be friends.. In times of love problems, they are really good in giving me pieces of advice.. I can also count on them when i need someone to go with me shopping. They are the ones who tell me if the clothes or shoes i buy is nice.. Try it. World is not compose of females only... widen your circle of friends with males... I assure you, you will learn alot from them.

It's okay, i agree in friendship between man and women. I don't see anything problem regarding this matter, because i knew there were a lot of cases that which happens to our society right now. But, if the friendship transform in to love well, that's another story to be discuss.

yes i believe in it^^ there are many girls and boys that have bfs and gfs and still have boys friend and girls friends so i believe it^^ but sure there are also some that if both are single and so close friends they might fall in love that happen many many times^^ anyway i think is a sweet thing^^ that way we know the person so well that is easier to trust a relation ^^

Yes friendship between man and woman is very much possible but i must admit that true friendship like this are very rare. Long friendships between man and woman sometimes turns into love or love like relationships. Sometimes misunderstandings also gets in the way of friendship between man and woman . your right there is always a second purpose behind that but don't forget how they started, everything starts there and friendship is the foundation of what they are now. I believe in that kind of friendship.
