I am a member at 5cent-ptc, and I noticed that the owner can't make payouts, he sent out messages to all of the members about how he didn't have enough alertpay or paypal to pay members, yet a few days later he turned right around and stated that he was going to open up a new site. How many people think that this is a very stupid Idea?? Lets put it this way if you can't payout at one site how can you do it at another site? This is his newest site, my advice would be to stay away from it.

I hate to say it, but I am already almost at payout at the first site, yet I am leery figuring that he can't pay many members. When he does leave a message he begs people to join under him in his programs so he can get paid in them, I am sorry but if he is investing cash in scam PTC sites, I am not following onto another site.
Do you think its right? or wrong for someone to say they can't pay members, then to go ahead and start a new site?

I have been paid every time that I have requested payout. Sometimes it takes longer. I agree with you about starting another site without catching up on 5cent payouts....he also has tried selling 5cent. It is a slow earner so it isn't a top priority of mine. I visited his new site...I will not be joining...why would people want to belong to 2 iffy programs

I know...members shouldn't have to pay for his poor investment choices. I posted in my blog urging people to use caution when dealing with this owner

I have to admit that I am shocked, that he actually admitted what he did. But oh well I guess some people just have no brains at all especially when they decide to go in for round #2.
My link was broken on my blog, I posted on there I wouldn't be fixing it and that the site is a bit fishy, I don't think people need to sign up to it figuring there is no guarantee of him paying.

It is obvious that something strange is happening here. If I were you, I would stay away from those two sites and start putting more effort on the sites that you already know that will pay you.

This is so very true, I have been doing it if I have the time, but I figure its not worth me making extra time for it where I have tons of other places that pay. Its best to stick with the paying sites rather then waste ones time with trash sites.
