this is my motto nowadays since i really wanted to get rid of this fats in my belly. despite of being tiresome i still manage to go to the nuga.

Yeah I agree with this motto as well, if you don't work hard you will never achieve anything. I always hear people say this words to encourage other their love ones and friends. Indeed I really believe this saying.
