Would you tell your love one he/she is at second place?

I bet you most people already saw the movie "Titanic", a romantic movie flash back by the main character, Rose about her first love in the sunken ship. She re - marry to someone else, but I just wonder did she mention to her husband about her first love, the real love toward "Jack"? Or she simply keep it in secret, which is more likely.
Many people say this cliche, real love should be express honestly mutually. So, in reality, if the person you are dating with or married to, he/she is not in the first place of your heart, would you be honest about it? Or would you simply keep it in your heart?

if you love the second one you won't tell him about your feelings about the first one.
because propaply you are his number one and if you dont feel the same he might feel your not giving him enough and his love to you will go down.

Love is a tough choice, and love can be brutal in reality. There is no right or wrong answer, it is base on personal choice.
