What is your stand to this jejemon?

Hi, I'm also a Filipino and I'm familiar with the jejemon stuff. My cousin actually said the exact same thing, and she got irritated with my answer. It's because I believe it's just a trend or a phase for teens. If you live in their age group, and think that fancying up your text the way your friends do thinking it would make them look cool, you'll do what they do. Although it's not just about peer pressure, it's also about following the trend you think is cool. Didn't we go through that same phase? I mean, going along with the trend before we achieved our individuality. =)

Number 1, it's very difficult to understand these text messages. Unfortunately for us, most of the teens nowadays use this for of text messaging. Well I believe the parents should help out. Teach their children the proper way of text messaging. The concern of this being it's becoming a bad habit that young ones ,might bring once they become adult.

in chat messenger or forums that i visit when somebody will do some jejemon stuff i usually respond with: "DIE JEJEMON DIE!" until that person stops it. im irritated with it.
