i agree with u.Using Kaspersky for virus detection is good idea.if your RAM size is high.because it takes lot of resources of system n make it slower. Now a days Avast is working more powerful, detecting almost every virus.Up on registering it is giving license for 1 year.In my view Avast is best for present.

Yes kaspersky is good but now most popular anti virus is net protector. I have seen my most of the friends are using this anti virus no more costly.

Kaspersky would be one of the leader in anti virus company
its best, fast and detect tons of virus and most importantly keep the pc secured
after kaspersky i would vote for Symantec endpoint protection is good too
but this are paid one
for free try avast or avira both are good and use a malware and spyware remover program too using both of thus would surely secure the pc

I've 'tested' Kaspersky before . But it just last for month , because its just trial version software . I tried to fight it by finding serial keys online , hoping I could make it last longer... but I failed . All I can say within that month of duration is its a great antivirus , its a bit strict with viruses and user's activity , but its for a better protection . AVG is more lenient , it only detects cookies .... but as we all know cookies aren't really the problem . Currently installed in my laptop is ESET and I'm still in the process of monitoring its capabilities .
