I bet you do! That's terrible. I remember when I lived with my parents, and my dad was putting in a new floor, a laminate floor. Well, the involved a lot of hammering. I KNEW that would kill my head, and I have frequent migraines. At the time, I had a job, so I checked into a hotel for a night. He said it would take two days to do the floor. So one night I stayed in a hotel, but I could only afford one night. So the second day and night, I had to stay at home. And I was right. I got the mother of all migraines because of the noise of putting the floor in. It didn't matter that I would go into my bedroom and shut the door. It was just so loud. I was so miserable when I got that migraine. And your asthma is much more dangerous than my migraines. I hope you feel better soon.

Just stay away from the kitchen as much as possible. Go somewhere where you'll be at ease. It's good that you've increase your Vitamin C intake and don't be so nega that you'll get an asthma attack because negative vibes really do take effect at times.

I had asthma too. I'm lucky because its been a while since i had my last asthma attack. Its really hard to have asthma attacks, when this strikes, my mom would give me medications. Get well soon mate and please do tell the workers at your house to stop smoking around. Take care.
