Hi everyone, Days ago, i went to market at noon for an emergency item. It was too hot that day and temperature was around 36 degree Celsius. There is a railway crossing gate on my way. The entire path is pavemented and due to temperature it was completely impossible to stand at that place for a while. But, i saw a mad woman who was throwing some stones from the midst of the road to nearest bushes. It makes some senses to me... She was sweating and had not an umbrella on her head but doing that task as she was appointed for. So, where we the brainy and conscious(as we declared) human cant imagine to clean a road for our sake, at that time she is a great instance of humanism? what do you think? she may not did it consciously, but whatever she did..... we should learn a lot from her, right? should she be called as mad? i mean is she mad? Please share your views. thanks in advance.

Hi shibham, not sure if I understand your story well, is she mad or is she doing her job? What kind of job requires her to throw stones at bushes? Is she building something? lol Or are you grateful to her for clearing the road for others to walk? Whatever her intentions, since it's such a hot day, maybe someone should give her a drink of water, she might get a heat stroke.

so sorry that i become unable to make you understood. i dont know how to focus this subject. she is completely mad and did all acts as she was appointed for it. i mean she was doing that as her duty. cleaning the road for others to walk is really a great work but by a mad woman, just think? hope you are clear now. thanks and great day always.

maybe it doesn't matter who did the job, as long as it got done! maybe the others refuse and she's the only one who can be ordered to do so.

A woman in America working at such a mundane job, ( without protection from the elements) such as throwing stones from a road to the ditch, would be taken away by the authorities, to a Police station where she would be given a sobriety test to determine if she was sober. If she passed this test she would next be tested at a mental Hospital to determine if she was in her right mind. It would seem that she was suffering from a debilitating disease!

hi friend, That is the correct and human approach. But such action in our country is a far cry. Unless one is taken to the mental hospital one would be just throwing stones to the ditch and would die like this one day. and even if he/she is taken to asylum there is no proper test and treatment. This is our country and we boast as one of the most ancient Civilizations.

well barehugs, its a matter of domination, they have some willingness although they are mad. if they are not harming someone then there is no need to force them to admit a hospital. but yes, yeah yes, if all the fees to her treatment is totally free, then there is no argue ever. i always support this system of re-motivation or nourishment of their brain. have a nice day, @rajib.... you are right that there is no body else to care those street traveler. too poor all of them. people often neglect them and take a safe side here in india. admiring as that we have ancient civilization we cant conceal the reality. just come to my locality, i shall prove how much we are civilized here. all bogus every where. take care both of you.

Hi shibham, sorry to say there is a bit contradiction in your story. You stated in your post as But, i saw a mad woman but in your comment to Cookie you denied she was not and again elsewhere you said she was completely mad. Now the question is if in the scorching heat she was pelting stones all sweating she must be really mad and I guess no one appointed there for that job. and in such situation the question of humanism hardly holds water since you can expect anything from a demented person. what is heat and what is cold for one such? But one thing is sure that we really not mad people are sometime worse than the mentally imbalanced ones. Take care.

Hi shibham, yes now I get the bottom line of your post. In my perception with reference to the mad woman doing that cleaning the road task you hit at the non mad or to say normal creatures like us overlooking the unassigned but must do task like cleaning the weeds of the path. Right? Yes man, that is the call of the day. Who cares for tasks where there is no benefit and in the hunt of benefit we have demeaned our status as social and responsible citizens. This is really ironical. The mad woman is an epitome of civilization rather though she is beyond humanity now.

hi boss. yeah i think that i was completely unable to raise this discussion as i have observed. i think it happens after 100 discussions that i have started. anyway, she did all those tasks as that those were recommended as her daily routine and as u have said that sometimes we do some nasty tasks than a mentally imbalanced one and always our tasks seem dangerous to another one. good night/.

dear bhai, She maybe mad, crazy or what, but, she done what the sane people cannot do. People who thinks they are in sane, sometimes are fools compared to crazy/mad people around us. We learn from people which the society called crazy. Crazy as what we were addressing them, but, they are more fortunate than us. Coz,people who were in much sanity were doing crazy things more than those crazy people were doing.

oh my dear didi, how are you? yes, i think my didi can better understand me. thats the point that i have raised this discussion. sometimes some crazy tasks made by mads seem very much beneficial than a normal human. they may be called crazy but their activities proved that they are far steps ahead from us. thats the point. take care.

Hiya shibham, Could well be that she might have hurt her foot on a Stone and with the heat and the frustration she might just have took it out on the stones. The heat when it´s as hot as that can make People do things they would not normally do. The Spanish are more hot tempered they lose their rag over nothing so I would say she is not on her own. I had a Woman walking behind me in the Shop the other Day talking away to herself this is on the increase it might just be the pressure that is being put on all of us. We had a Bus strike here on one of the hottest Days of the year and there was a lot of frustration in the faces of people that I met on the way. I walk most places so it did not bother me in the least except for the heat. Here there is too much pavement and not enough grass. When I go to the Shops I walk on the grass slopes all I can I love it and if I can get away with just wearing my flip flops instead of shoes I do that too because it cools you down tremendously. The only trouble with that is you have to walk up very steep slopes because they are part of the Mountains here. Very warm weather we are having here too but I endure it like most others. Nothing lasts 100 years.

hi angel. are u supporting your spain to win fifa world cup? my favorite team is spain and for villa. So what about you? Yes, she might have hurt by a stone and due to this cause she tended to throw away all the stones lying on road. It may make her angry enough but her task has saved some people from being hurt. I have learnt a lot from your incident and thanks for sharing it here. u know friend, sometimes I believe that we are worse than those imbalanced persons coz we never seek anyone's benefits but whatever they did, it never hurts anyone. Take care. Good day always/.

Hiya shibham, Supporting Spain yes I am in a way. I am glad when they win but will be more glad when it´s all over as Holland is a very good team too and they can win also. I think all the Teams have played as well as what they can. They can all have bad times, yes Barcelona has bad days too and they lose. After writing my response to you the other one I banged my knee on the kitchen door outside and I sort of felt like that lady might have felt OUCH as it is a sliding door and awkward to open and close. When People hurt themselves they can say all sorts of things on the spur of the moment. These Days San Fermines is being celebrated and we are all over tired and more clumsy than usual and it is very very hot but once I get used to it the heat I mean I quite like it that way. I adapt quite quickly to the heat today it has hit way over 40º centigrade here and it has only gone down a few degrees it´s still quite hot.

Hi Shibham, I too have similar doubts like you. I have been watching a man in the bus stop almost everyday; on look he is not normal. He worn two sweaters and his cloths are very much dirty. Now the surprise is, here the temperature is around 45 and in evening too hot waves are there. (for the last two days there was raining and there is no hot waves). We are on simple dress and can’t afford the heat even after 6.pm. This person is walking on the streets everyday under the sun with his woolen dress. He made me to think like you, how can he tolerate the heat? I am not sure whether his imbalanced mind is not able to recognize the hot weather. I too don’t have an answer for your query.

yes, that type of imbalanced persons are found every where in my locality but that woman was something different than others.i have not ever seen a mad doing something for entire human sake. she might be imbalanced but her tasks proved that she is something better than a balanced one. take care dear sree. good day always.

Hi Shibham, She was getting the job done that she needed to do but I would have worn a hat in that heat so maybe the heat was making her appear mad but as long as the road was cleared of stones it doesn't really matter who is employed to do it eh! Huggles. Ellie :D

hi ellie, how are you? well, as she is confirmed as a mad so her acts also has done by her madness. its the point that her acts were in sake of humanism where as we are not conscious what is lying in front of us, i mean something harmful that we can throw away. but she did it. so she is not mad at all? may be mad but not from the point of humanism. right? good day always.

I guess it depends if she was employed to clear the road or whether she took it upon herself to sweat out there. In either case she should have been wearing at least a hat for protection from the strong sun. If she took it upon herself to get the job done; who knows if she is mad? She provided a service for others and did positive things. She may have her own very valid reasons for being where she was or she may well be indeed as mad as a hatter!

hi paula. perhaps i am not able to clear the matter all about to you. actually her behaves proved that she was completely mad and she did all everything unknowingly due to her madness. she had neither any feelings nor passions for which she needed a hat to get rid off from heat. as we know that mad people never consider whatever the climate is around. may be there are some valid reasons but hard to guess them. take care.

Maybe mad in the way of angry. There have been times when I have been so discouraged or angry that I wanted to scream or hit something. If an onlooker saw me do something like that well...they would think me nuts too....LOL.. I think that sometimes people just have enough and it might not be at the best of times that they get it off their chests. Maybe a case of temporary insanity...lol.

yes, may be there were a cruel past for that woman. but if u say that she was out of anger than i think it was not. as she was acting, it seems natural. anyway thanks for response. have a great day.

Hi sibham, the woman could be leading a hard life in the midst of elite people. I happened that the job she was assigned to do was to throw those stones...not sure she was a mad woman because we don't know how many stones that she had to throw from the midst of the road to the bushes and who ordered her to do the work and was she paid for it? Instead of branding her mad, why not we positively perceive her existence as that of a destitute woman. She tried to be diligent and that might be the only available job for her to earn her living and she might live in a squatters nearby that place. She got used to the condition that she stood the heat of the sun.She might not even realise she was watched by you.

hi sunminudu, how are you dear friend? so sorry friend that i was unable to make you understood also. actually she was a completely mad woman as i have get informed by the local persons. she was throwing stones due to her madness in a super hot day and peoples were watching her as a circus. no one came to protest her or extend a helping hand. no there was no chances to realized her and even she had also not that power to realize as i have said that she was a mad woman. thanks for your response, take care.
