Dear MyLotter, It is very sad thing to tell you that here in India We people are so selfish and corrupted that they don't bother to play with the health of people while selling food stuff. I recently saw on the news. The chicken that we by from the market is injected with some chemical so that it becomes fat soon and it weight increases. When a common man buys this chicken and eats it, the chemical enters the body and creates health Hazards. This story not only with chicken but also with other vegetarian food stuff. Where will a common man find healthy foodstuff.

Yes, you are right.
Finding healthy food has become a major source of headache.
The alternative is the "organic food".
What is this "organic food"?.
Organic food is that food which is produced without the use of any chemicals and is grown in natural conditions and in a natural way.
And, yes, as you can guess, the costs are prohibitive.
Thus, on one hand, we have food which is affordable but contains toxic elements., on the other hand, we have good healthy food, which sadly, costs high.
It is a tough choice.

Too true! It happens in my country, too. I guess the gap between the rich and the poor is so wide that all people are trying to be in the first group however it is and whatever it takes, even if it cheats and kills. Many do not have conscience anymore, they do not think twice (or they maybe over thought it thousand times)and just do whatever they have to do to get more and more for themselves. Vegetables are being over sprayed with pesticide to get them blooming and vigorous that even a worm would not sneak near it for it is so poisonous. But we people have to eat it because the other choice are to expensive for our means.

Big Agribusiness producers and chain supermarket suppliers are being blamed for these methods of "food" production being used,to get foodstuffs on shelves at cut throat prices that would undercut competitors..to get away from this trend, and towards eating healthier Organic based produce,It's recommended to shop at markets where the farmers sell produce directly to the public,to buy produce that is certified as having been organically produced,or to grow Your own...

Hey there. Sorry to hear this news. I am an Indian too and had read this process years back. I myself have started avoiding non-veg diet and turned into a complete vegetarian. But even that stuff is adulterated. There's no way you can get pure food in India anywhere, unless you buy it direct from the farmer. The poor fellow, one who turns this magic of creating food from earth is left moneyless while those who are the agents are getting richer day by day and earning profits over the margin. If we buy directly from the farmers, even he will get benefited and we'll be sure we got pure food. Only ensure the farmer is not using hazardous fertilizers or pesticides to grow his crops.

This problem does not just happen in India. It happens here in America too. In the name of making a faster profit animals are injected with steroids and other chemicals to speed up grpwth and mass. It is difficult to know what you are buying these days. Even vegetables are being experimented with. All very dangerous as something very catastrophic could take place when man begins to experiment with the food chain. Here in America there has been a movement to go more organic, and to raise livestock and animals for human consumption in a more natural process. If you can find the source where the chicken comes from, and who raised it, then you have a chance to know how it was raised. Find a place that can tell you without a doubt that what they are selling is free from these chemicals. Not everyone can be able to raise their own chickens or beef, becuse of a number of practical reasons, but that is one way to have peace of mind.

May be I can eat nothing....zzzz
Having the chemical enters the body of chicken, pig, or cow everyday. But we can do nothing because we need to eat. Healthy food is so diffcult to find and sometimes we can relize them..

In this fast world, we want everything in fast time as we also see people running around hurryidly every time as they feel there is no enough time for them to complete their usual duty. So, we all tend to eat fats food as we just cannot wait for preparation of food which does take time. But fast food is really bad for health and one is not caring much also in this regard. We just have to grow fruits in our own backyard to avoid eating chemical spread fruits we get in the market

It is true, due to our "modern lifestyle", it's really a challenge to stay healthy. We are bombarded daily by toxins, in the air we breathe, in the water we drink, and in the food we eat. Toxins are everywhere. What we can do to stay healthy amidst all these, is to cleanse our body of toxins.
There are many ways to cleanse our body. One way is to drink purified ionized alkaline water. There are many machines out there that can give us such kind of healthy water, just search for them. Then drink a lot of healthy water. About the air, from time to time, visit the country-side to refresh your lungs with fresh air.
And with regard to the food we eat, we can eliminate the toxins accumulated in our body through drinking healthy water, eating the right kind of food, and taking in food supplements that are good for both nourishing and cleansing our body. There are many of them out there. Just use the Internet (MyLot Search Engine) and you will find helpful information about them.

It is so sad to know those kind of news. I think it doesn't only happen in your place but also with other countries like ours. These are what selfish business people do to earn and not considering the health and welfare of their customers. That is whywe do not buy chicken or pork in the market because it so hard to trust the sellers whether they are saying the truth or not. We prefer to buy to stores accredited by Department of Trade or those stores with license. We also planted some vegetables in our yard so that we can not only save money, we can also be sure that our vegetables are safe to eat without chemicals.
