Do you hate your boss or Your Job?

I was working in an organization some years ago. However i was not happy there. I tried to figure out what made me unhappy there. there were two things. One was my Job, and the other was my boss. I was frustrated by both of them. Both made me sad. But then i tried to work out what made me more sad. i discovered that my job was not satisfactory. i needed a change. So i decided to make a move and look for a better prospect. What about you. Please share your experience.

I love my job and my boss. I work in home and my boss are myself.
But if I will have job what I don't like and boss too, I will try find new job like you.
But sometimes is difficult find new job and people must work in place they hate.
And they can't do nothing, and every day are worse and they get depression.
So I hope you will find better job but important with good boss, good luck.
