There's no "right" age to get married, just the right disposition. It would also depend on your priorities (i.e. career, children or family).

I think the best age to get married is the age wherein the woman's ovaries is already matured, ready to have babies, which is at the age of 21; and when the couple already has stable jobs to live their own lives and not still relying on their parents. I can say a specific age since not all people mature and have stable jobs at the same age.

My personal opinion is that this age is different for each person, since some people are more mature earlier than others. So we can only decide when the right time for us is, not when the right time comes or has come for someone else!

Well people should get married when they are fully mature and people get mature at different ages.
For most people i think man's age should be 28 or above and girls age should be 26 or above since biologically there should be a difference of two years between ages of bride and groom.
One more thing which should matter in marriage is how much settled both man and woman are in their life.
