can i create a new neobux account now that my old one is suspended ?

I'm a Chinese user of neobux,i can't log in my account since 5,May.it says "you're now logged out,please come back soon"when i logged in. at that time I'm just a green hand in money-making online,and all other Chinese users said that neobux will suspend all Chinese users' accounts because of many of them play tricks in ads clicking.so i gave up after several attempts to log in vain. right before i read neobux's terms of service throughout,and no sign says Chinese are unaccepted. so i tried to log in once again,and it said my account is suspended because i had mad something wrong,however it told me to request my account back if i have found my faults! it's over 60 days since my account was suspended, so according neobux's terms of service,my account will be suspended permanently. however i still send a support ticket for requesting my account back.and soon got a reply,which says the neobux staff has know this and will response to it as soon as possible.i got one reply like this before,but no later reply to solve my problem!so should i wait and see what will happen?or,what if i register a new account with new username and new email address?but my IP is the same one as before. can i get a new account? any one had the same question?how did you solve it?
