Are you happy with the end of lost?

I did like the end of Lost even though it did not have much to do with the island. I mean, the whole beautiful part about them meeting up in wherever to move on together was really beautiful and moving and makes me hope or wish that when I die it will just be like I met up with everyone I ever cared about from an important time in my life. But really when it comes to the whole issue of the island that whole "moving on together" does not really play a part in the whole island story as they are practically unrelated. I mean the sideways timeline we were seeing was just them in the afterlife, it was unrelated to the things that happened on the island and it was not an alternate timeline create from all the island action. As anyone who is a Lost fan will admit, there are SOOO many questions left unanswered and they are just left up to speculation and theory for the fans. I mean, we really aren't even sure what the light in the cave really is. We can make some good guesses but they never say. I mean who were the first people to that island? Who were the people that carved all that stuff in the cave? How did they figure out how to cap it with that stone or how it all worked? Why did there need to be a protector of the island? How long had there been a protector of the island? Why was MIB considered evil really? If he got off the island WHAT exactly was going to happen that was so bad? Why didn't Walt ever come back? Why didn't they keep going with Walt having special abilities? Why wasn't Walt in the "church"? Why WAS Penny in the "church"? Why wasn't Michael in the church (this may have been slightly answered because I think he said the island wouldn't let his spirit leave)? Why didn't Vincent get to be in the church? There are more. Some of them were kind of answered about why some people were not in the church and others were. But I still don't agree on some of their choices.

Very disappointing ending. Actually the whole season.
