Wordlinx problem?

Hi friend! I'm a verified member of Wordlinx, I bought upgrade offering not long ago, but now I'm basic member again? What's wrong with that? I did nothing and $5 was indeed deducted from my Paypal account. What should I do? Thanks very much for your help!

ohh thats so bad, i guess u need to reposrt that to the admin, they are the best person hwo can help u, or simply send them a ticket
