I have an alertpay account and i am from the Philippines. Alertpay says that I have to submit an I.D. to verify my identity and a utility bill to verify my address but I don't know what kind of I.D. is valid in alertpay and our utility bill is not named after me. What should I do? Please help my fellow mylotters...

I dont know about philippines....But now alertpay has changed their method of verifying account. Nowdays you dont have to submit an ID or nything else...you just have to submit your phone no to receive a code..after entering that code your account will be verified......I have verified my account like this only couple of days back.......Check again your alertpay account.

Time ago I had to verify my alertpay account too and they wanted a picture of phone bill and your address had to be visible and also at least 3 edges.
Also you had to capture your identify card or driving license with visible texts and at least 3 visible edges.
After capturing these things you have to write your address the way it is on your phone bill and upload them (I've hid a part of my address! - it is allowed).
After submiting your documents (there was instruction where to upload them on their site) you will have to wait a few days and then you will be able to see, if they are approved or not and if they are not you will have to recapture the document, that is not approved.
Try scanning them or just take a photos of them with some kind of new phone or camera. I've done it with my phone with 5mpx and they approved them (but the phone bill was from the second time, because of a bad focus)...

So a driver's license will do. As for the phone bills, we don't have a landline phone in our house cause we all use mobile phones so we don't need it here. We have an internet bills, I think it will be ok but the problem is it is not named after me. Anyway, thanks for the response...
