argument with my manager

today i have a bad day after i left work because yesterday i had an argument with my manager regarding her way of implementing rules and regulations..i do not disagree when comes to following rules and regulations the problem is she is not able to implement this rules and regulations for every employee within a group..she is not even communicating with us properly, she just ask our team leader to tell us.I guess sometimes there is no reason to get afraid to voice out especially if you think something is wrong..did i do the right thing or i should just shut up and listen to everything she said..????

Yes some managers are like that, really they should not be 'manager' if they can't manage things, you have right to protest..
