pay out from Paypal accout

many paid site are paying money via Paypal. but in case, Paypal is receive money form many countries but they don't payout(withdraw) money in some country such as Srilanka and etc. any body has good idea to collect money from Paypal account in such countries (Srilanka)??

If paypal is not providing the service in Srilanka. You should find some other alternative website which provides payout in Srilanka. Or you should search for such organization which can take your money from paypal in other countries and send it to you.
Please keep requesting paypal by sending email and contacting them to start withdrawal system in your country. Tell your friends to do so. Srilanka is emerging in IT and internet rapidly. I think, Paypal will surely reach in Srilanka soon..

my idea is,
make some good friends in other nations where paypal is working. it is possible through social sites like mylot. make him a good friend. send ur amount to his paypal account, from there to his bank account and ask him to transfer that to ur bank account from his. but for this u need a trustable person out of nation. a bit risky.

email to paypal to request for them to add in your country is good. i'm lucky since my country just got added. but not the bank i want though. u can really try on a friend which from other country, as near as possible. since transfer money out from paypal need to pay small amount of fee except for US, and then bank transfer btw country may need some too.
