My work is always in the office and usually I sit in front of the computer. Now I'm feeling unconfortable at my back. Sometimes, it is really painful. What should I do now? What contourmeasures should I take? Thanks.

I can't say for the US, but in the UK staff who experience problems like this in the office approach wither their Union rep, or the employer's Health & Safety officer. Any help?

OK. Thanks. It is great in UK. I wonder which kind of exercise will be helpful?

Might be worth a look at www.backcare.org Back pain is no fun, I have just finished building a low wall at home. It reminded me of some muscles I had forgotten I had! Take care.

sounds like you need a new office chair. your posture is a big thing and how you sit really can make your back hurt. in the mean time, to ease the pain, i would consider using heat on the back.
