For small business owner trying to set up their own site I recommend using Weebly.com Easy to use. Very user friendly. And they also provide hosting from free to $10.00 a year. They also offer discounts. Fast and secure payments.

I use www.weebly.com . It's free and they help you create a great looking website! If you'd like an example of what their websites come out to look like you can check mine out (link in profile.) And well best of all it's free - so even if you do use it as a tool and decide you don't like it, you're not out any $. Good luck!

It depends if you want to write your own website code or if you want to make one from a pre made template. If you are going to write your own, I suggest 110mb hosting, its free.

You can try www.webs.com, it's a excellent site cause, it allow you to use the same tools as "paying sites", the only difference is that paying sites finish at ".com" and this one finish at ".webs.com". You can chose many designs, here is a example that I made to show you: www.ohiomsnmobile.webs.com
I'll try to make a MSN for Mobile hehe. Good Looting bro ^^.
