Have you ever been at a state of having none interest in doing anything?

I'd probably sleep. Haha! I feel bored sometimes, even at work when I don't have any thing to do. What I just do is that I find people to talk to like my officemates. I'd also listen to music and watch TV, or surf the Internet. Or maybe read.

I felt that way maybe a month ago. I was just too lazy in doing anything. At that time when I was not interested in doing anything, I just lied on bed and didnt do anything. I have to ask my husband to do every thing for me. I wonder why it happened but its okay if it will happen rarely.

YEs I've experienced the same. From time to time I do actually. That's whenever I'm going through my depressive episodes. I get depressed and I become lazy. I feel lazy and wouldn't want to do anything. And yet I get bored doing it, but I don't do anything about it because I feel hollow and empty. It's hard to explain. But lately I've been good at controlling it. I think I've improved a lot so far so good.

i have been in this state regularly.....because i am depressed nowadays and feeling like interested in nothing......so i am just trying to sleep at that time.....my friends are complaining about me that why i am not meeting them and why not stuffing out as like before....but really it is very hard to get out....but iam trying out ...i am reading inspirational books....which gives positive energy and overcomes depression...i have done this before also and i was outta depression ....i am just trying the same thing right now and i am sure i will not be depressed anymore....... happy mylotting

Yeah, I feel the same to these days. This is my holiday time, my parents take no day off so we dont hv any paln to go on a trip as we usually do. So I ended up staying at home for almost a month! I really got any idea to spend this holiday, my friend are out of the town. I usually spend my time in front of my computer. Reading some manga from the internet(quite fun), and now I decide to spend my holiday trying to make some money from the internet. Not much, but better than nothing ... Maybe U can spend U're time like I do.. Hv a nice day !
