Is alertpaybucks legit or scam?

I know this site is using an edited Bux.to script and it seems like a scam. You get $0.02 per click and minimum payout is $10 AlertPay only and they have AlertPay in the name of the site! It looks like a total scam and I was just wondering what you guys had to say about this site and your experiences. If it is legit, I'm pretty happy because I have earned $0.65 in 2 days with no referrals! So please post your payment proofs or links and such here. That would help me out a lot.
