do you have breakfast?

Nowadays,there are so many people have no breakfast in the morning.
They want to have a long time to sleep in the morning,then they have no time to eat.
Sometimes i dont have breakfast ,but a few times .And i know it is not good that we eat nothing in the morning.
What about you ?

For me, breakfast in the morning is very important and i never do not have breakfast. I think, you have a long time to sleep, after you waking up, you will feel hungry. If you dont have breakfast you will not feel good. i advise everybody: dont forget breakfast becase it's really important.

Most of the time I will have my breakfast. Because the breakfast is the most important meals. I will feel suffering when I am hungry at work. Besides, it seems it is easy to have the kidney stones if you skip the breakfast.

I always have breakfast. If I don't eat breakfast, then I start to feel nauseous and may end up getting sick. I have to eat otherwise I won't feel good -- it's some kind of "condition" I guess I have! Even if I get up late in the morning I will still try to eat breakfast, even if lunch may be only an hour or two later!

I went through several years of not having breakfast in the morning as I was always late for school and college, so never had the time to have breakfast and never realised how important it was. Nowadays, I always make sure I eat breakfast as it really wakes you up, makes you less tired, and more brain focused. I cannot believe I wasted all those college years by not having breakfast as it would have such a difference to my performance, you concentrate better, have sharper focus, absorb and remember information better...breakfast is sssoooo important. What you have is very important too, obviously you must eat the healthy stuff, like low sugar cereal, fresh fruit, some healthy salad, egg, milk, fruit juice... :)

yes i do have my breakfast regularly....my breakfast contains 1 glass milk with some flavor plus a fruit like apple or banana.......if i don't take this in morning then i will be very hungry ......and i cant take it anymore thats why i just have my breakfast regularly..... i have read that breakfast keeps up healthy and prevents us from getting fat....since then i just have my breakfast regularly without missing a single day.......
