Is Neobux any scam

I have problem in neobux that, i couldn't view ads since more then 24 hours, ads not available, but now when i login there are 4 ads available but when i click it that says " This add already viewed in same IP address in 24 hours" like this. but i'm sure computer and internet connection have been using only myself. have any one faced like this problem. any suggestion? I'm feel free to receive your comments
