Call of Duty: Black Ops, Next Call of Duty 2, or next big thing?

I've heard many things from my friends and from watching trailers about Call of Duty: Black Ops. I've heard that there's no running in the game. Just steady walking the entire time. The graphics are supposedly not top notch and could be comparable to World at War not MW2. The top two selling games were Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2. These both included InfinityWard as their creator. The others made by just Activision have been considered only half as good. So questions are: Do you think Black Ops will be the next big game considering all the hype from the last game? Also: Will you be buying the game on the release date?
