Lebron james decided to join the new miami heat joining up with dwayne wade and chris bosh. only one other plar is contracted to the heat. thats to say that the rest of the team roster is to be filled by minimum payed players. my question is. was this the best decision for lebron to make and will the heat be succesfulnext season.

Is Lebron a winner? - Lebron James proved he is not a leader and maybe will never win a championship
There is no guarantee the Heat will be successful next year. There is only one basketball at a time and they will have to learn how to play together. I believe Lebron showed something about he character in all this. He is not really a leader. I like the comments of Otis Smith GM of the Majic who stated that he thought a leader would build a winner around himself and not the other way around. I still believe the Magic and the Celtics have to be considered the favorites they have proven themselves the Heat have not.

They should be more successful next season with the addition of Lebron James, yes! Not a big fan of the sport but I'm in south Florida so I'm glad he's coming here.
