ceoptc is not working since yesterday. will it get recovered?

since yesterday, ceoptc is not being opened. it is stating that the GEN4 validity is expired. what does it mean? will it recovers its problem and will work agn? and even after recovering will our earning status will be same as before this problem? or will they get changed? i'm confused abt this and i need some guidence regarding this. can any one help me in knowing what happened to ceoptc?

Ive checked the site and it says that it's under maintenance and said that it will be back within 24 hours but until now its not back yet. I don't know really know about gen4 yet but if it's expired then maybe the site turned down or scam if the owner of the site didn't renew the gen4 script.
