No, MyLot don't pay you for the privilege of listing your blog and accepting a feed from it. Comments (in MyLot) on blogs, however, may count as 'participation'. The FAQs are not clear about that.

Maybe Mylot don't pay for your blogs, but it is one of the best way to place your links, banners and other offering on your blog as an affiliate and get earning from it.
