you have to work out for it. if you are on a specific time frame, like you said, a month, it's better for you to have a trainer. so he or she would know how to tone your body.

Depends on the size of your tummy. The first poster is right. lol. get off the computer. Target exercising wont work to have a 6 pack abs. You don't need to do a thousand crunches. You have to get rid of body fats. All over not just in the abs. And you need to reduce food intake especially fats.

I think you have to have a lot of exercises in the gym, I don't have six abs but I look fit a little bit because of some exercises I'm using and adding it up is my diet. I love to eat a lot of carbohydrates, proteins and a lot more but I need also to burn it, walking is still the outstanding preference without going into any gym, it has a health benefits that help men and women burn calories in the body... walking is also a step to to get good shape for those who can not afford to spend time on a heavy routine of exercises due to hectic schedule especially at the office. Anyway, do some jogging too plus push ups and sit ups, these are the basic components of getting your wish come true but not in one month. You should act now!
