Do you all feel that money is everything in your life?

I hate to say it, but in this society in which we all live in, people cannot survive without money, so yes, money is a big deal. Does it make things better? No.

For me Love is everything not money.. with perfect love.. makes a happy family.. with happy family.. more inspiration.. lesser stress.. better business dealings.. more profits ..more money!

Money is not our master...rather we should be the one to take control of it. It's created only to buy our needs also our wants but not to the point of wasting it and getting addicted to consume all of it in vain. God wants us to be a good steward, that's why He created it, He bless us with money to supply our needs and to be a blessing to everyone who's in need. Hoarding it will cause people to be a self-indulgent person, living only for themselves, making money the source why they're living, they're afraid of losing it...How foolish it is to think that, most people want to gain more of it...for the sake of fame, investing all their time forgetting other things then all of a sudden, when they got old and frail, they have loads of money and can't contain it, but they couldn't have it when they die. I think money is not everything in our lives it is just used in our everyday needs and helps us to use it properly.

I need money to be able to continue living in this world, but money isn't everything for me. Money is an essential tool to have a comfortable life, to help others fill their needs but i believe that money can't give someone a perfect happiness. Money isn't everything its the love i get and shared to my family, friends, relatives and fellowmen around me. Its better to have someone beside me with a little of it than to have all the money without someone to talk to. Man can't live with bread alone I believe. Have a nice week end!

It is not everything for sure. It is also a fact that without it the quality of one's life is considerably diminished. Most of us maintain a standard of living that is beyond the minimum- let's face it, we all have internet access, hardly a necessity for physical survival. But without it, all us mylotter's quality of life would be affected.

Unfortunately, money plays too much of a role in our lives. I know it is necessary to survive, but it causes so many problems in the world. I mean there are people who struggle to make ends meet, and then there are those who have more money than they know what to do with. Money is so hard to come by, and there are so many companies that will gladly take it from us no matter what our financial status is. Not only companies take our money, but so do the governments (not that I disagree with taxes, but I disagree with wasteful spending and taxing us higher to make up for the costs). Money can definitely make you happier, but unlimited cash doesn't equal happiness. Money can only buy you material items (and necessities, such as food), which can make you momentarily happy. The more material items you have, the more stress you have (maintaining your mansion, storing your boat or car, etc.) But it can't buy you love or perfect health. So, in my opinion, yes money can make you happy, but it is definitely not the most important thing in my life.

Hi alienstar, well money is not everything in life but yes it is one of the most important thing for sure. And everyone has his or her own requirement for living, some can leave with small amount but look for more and some have sufficient but because of their needs or whatever you may call, they also look for more, All of us are running to earn more and more,so we can use the amount for what we like. There are other things also in life which are important, like love, friendship, satisfaction etc, but still many times I feel money plays important role in our life. Just my views.

I had a family member tell me that I am looking for extra money because I am greedy. The truth of the matter is,this family member has no idea how my husband and I are doing financially and feels that I am the one who is spending money on craft projects (she calls it junk).I hate the idea that she assumes that she knows everything about the family. I am truthfully getting into crafts for two reasons, number 1 it helps me relax and number 2 I am trying to get involved in a couple of craft fairs. I make Christmas Ornaments, paint small birdhouses and I am hoping to learn how to make soap and candles. I do not feel that crafts are a waste of time. I think money is important for survival.I am making money to help supplient the family income. My husband never knows from one week to the next if his paycheck will be short changed (it has been three times already). My husband is also looking for a better job and is aready attending colege online. I am looking for a job and am looing into getting a Masters Degree.

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I do not think that all money is everything in my life. Though money is so important in my life , not the most important one. What the most important one in my life I think can be the relationship with my close family. Without my family, I think my life can be so terrible. I need the happiness together with my family!

I believe that money is power. Without money, you actions, decisions and way of life is very limited. You cannot go to different places because of limited travel expenses budget, cannot go to shopping malls because of limited shopping budget. Even the food that you want to eat is very limited to cheaper prices. Since you cannot hire maid or errand person, you need to do the work by yourself like washing you clothes, cooking your food, cleaning your house giving you very tight schedules if you are looking for job. People with money sleeps in big houses with air-conditioned room, 2 or more servants are serving them, plenty of food(fresh & delicious), can travel anywhere in an air-conditioned car, can dine out in classy restaurants and can even travel to anywhere in the world. There is a big gap between people with money and people without money.

Money really is a need for us despite of everybody saying that money is not a necessity but to think of the life we are living we all revolve around money in terms of daily consumptions and transportation to name a few. Although that's the positive view of it we also have to think that if we die we can't take the money to heaven so just do good to earn money.

Yes...at this point of time i am looking to make that i have not doen in all my life time. This is a test for me and if know i will do it. i have been having a lack of money...if i do not get what i want in the next one year...i will have to lose my family...

I just don't think that money is everything! We need money, yes. But you can never buy happiness, love and true friendship from money. No matter how many dollars you have in your hand, there are certain things in life that you can't buy. But we need money to live our day to day life. But to live happily... I don't think it depends on money.

I don't think money is everything, but life sure is harder if you (like me) don't make a whole lot of money...

If you watch any of the "reality" shows, like "The Housewives of _______," you know that money has not brought them happiness. They of course have their happy moments, but even those of us who are poor have happy moments. It's not the money that makes you happy, it's your outlook on life. Nevertheless, I'd like to have more than I have, but I'm not going to do anything foolish to get it.

Money isn't the only thing important in life. It isn't what brings true happiness. People that feel that money is what they need to be happy and successful are often disappointed. They are missing out on what is truly important. MHaving money and power and wealth cannot guarantee the riches of life. The bonds of family and friendship will make you richer than any amount of money ever could.

Well, you are right. Money is not everything in our life. But we have to realize that money has take control most of our life. Money could change everything. In this materialistic era, money is everything for most people. Everything could measured by money. I feel there are much different now than twenty years ago or perhaps hundreds years ago. People now measure others by their own wealth. I need much money in my life however, I try to reach it in good way. I hope I can.

ooo, i don't want to speak about that again, all i am going to say is that money are NOT everything, just an important thing to live your life how you want, and we all love money, if someone say that he doesn't, he lie, but we know that they are not everything :)

The money cannot be seen the first thing our life but it cause things in our life going well.With money, it does not mean that everything go well. but without money, everthing does not go well.I mean it is neccessary to the life in order for living humanly.
