Housing loan in India

Hi, I would like to buy a flat in chennai, India. So I would like to apply housing loan for the same. Anyone knows which bank offers very less housing loan interest and a better offer. I heard from July 1st onwards according RBI rules the interest rates have been revised and the base rate is set to 7.5%. So anyone let me know the details of PSU banks which offers less interest currently. Thanks in advance.
