I have a member of ebay for few years, but I sill can't to understand what people really want! I don't mean some electronics or something like fabric made. My question is - what could be sellable from handmade things? For example, what kind of painting do people like most? What they buy better - flax, wool or painted silk scarfs or maybe handmade toys... What is your experience in this sphere? Maybe you have made some researches? What could you suggest?

You have to look on eBay and see what people are selling and what has been sold. You might start by finding items you might sell and following them. You can see what price the sellers are asking for and if they find a buyer. There's probably a buyer for everything, it just a question of whether you can connect with a buyer and whether you canget your price.

I think you should use what others do as inspiration only, instead of trying to see what makes them good or not good. Take a look at their products, and ask yourself: How could I make this better? What is missing from this? and so on... This will get you closer to the product you should be selling, and if it is better than theirs, you can charge more too!

try ebay pulse maybe you get something there. i think if you have good product and it can be sold on ebay better you sell just because there are two possibilities for your product is sold or not. if you do not sell then there is one possibility that is not sold
