Volatile

It seems some people are just naturally very confrontational...It's like they don't comprehend how to communicate with others without "attacking" and come accross as the bully most times. With such personalities, the only solution I have ever found, is simply to avoid them as much as possible..in your personal life, it's easier to do..but if you have someone like that in the workplace...it's a much harder challange to face.
