What is the most convenient exercise for you?

I was thinking about how many people are being carried away with high technologies lately that they forget how to take care of their body.
I truly believe that everyone should live a healthy lifestyle. My parents have always taught me and my siblings to exercise regularly no matter how busy can we become.
So, this morning as I'm walking in the park with my little sister, I saw some senior citizens (there were about ten-fifteen of them, I forgot to count) who were walking, too. Last week, a friend told me about running around her room because she wasn't able to go to the gym.
Then I realized that a person can really do a regular exercise, no matter how busy he is or how old he is. As long as you really want to stay fit and healthy, you will be able to find a way of dong the most convenient exercise for you.
So, to answer my own question... The most convenient exercise for me is jogging and walking. I can do it for a couple of hours or so every morning. And I'm trying to do it everyday. And in case I won't be able to do so, I have a jumping rope which I use inside our house. It really helps to keep me active. I feel so strong and fast since I started exercising regularly.
How about you?

I try to mix up the work out routine, so I don't get bored with it.
I do a bit of weight lifting and abs every day after I wake up - not much, 10-15 minutes, just to kick-start the day.
I take aerobics, pilates and swimming - about once a week each. Not so much swimming now, since it's autumn here already (sigh).
If I didn't make it for any of the above, then I go jogging in the evening for one hour. It's a great way to clear my thoughts and listen to some new music :)

hi invisiblelady When we still had our own apartment I did walk fast around the apartment up to one hundred times as I have a bad leg and'sometimes it was just hard for me to get out and walk up the
'rather steep sidewalk but I could walk easily in the flat floors'
of our apartment. Now I am in a retirement center only because we became
homeless and I am 84 with a physical handicap.now my son has finally got a job again he and I may later on be able to move into an apartment '
again.meanwhile I am thinking of exercising by walking down the long corridors here clear around the building as it would take me some'doing as its a large building. I am a diabetic and overweight and want to lose'that weight.

Hatley! Can't believe you're 84! And still able to mylot. That's nice. I believe walking will help you ease some aging pains. Go Hatley! I know you can make it. Losing weight takes a great deal of effort but it will be worth it. Overweight people are more prone to sickness. So I really hope you'll be able to lose weight in able to keep yourself healthy. I'll be praying for you!!! GOD bless :)

the most convenient exercise for me is walking sometimes slow and some times brisk. but when combined with dieting it gives super duper results. but i like to work in aerobic fashion not pumping my heart so hard that i cant breath. also try videos from exercisetv.tv its really great. its like doing all the exercises u want without going to gym or so. and i also look on my diet dont eat less but eat healthy,

For me, i am most convenient doing my exercise at the confines of our bedroom after i arrived from work , while my husband is still at his work.
I would turn the TV on and watch while i do some cardio, dumb bells, crutches and some aerobics. I would them them every other day for one hour each session.
