Hello everyone, I really wonder about your thoughts about paparazzi? Do you find it useful? Do you think that famous people deserve privacy? In my opinion, it is a good thing. I mean we can see that being a famous is not a good thing all the time. It can show us hard things of being famous. so what's your opinion?

I wouldn't mind paparazzi, but I think that celebrities do deserve a bit more privacy then what they are given. Just look at Britney Spears, she is stalked everywhere, and paparazzi block an entire ave. She deserves more space and privacy, one of the reasons a lot of celebrities break down. But I guess sometimes they want the paparazzi, 'cuz if they pay enough money, they wouldn't have to face them everyday.

Unfortunately we feed the paparazzi. I am definitely to blame, I like to know all about what is going on in a celebrities life just on a day to day basis. If a big story is breaking I will be the first one to want to run to the t.v. to see everything that is going on with that celebrity. Do I think it is right, no I really do not, but am I going to stop reading People Magazine, not a chance. Some celebrities also handle it a lot better than others. The paparazzi are looking for train wrecks, angry celebrities or ones that are doing something wrong. If you are not any of the above, you will not get hounded like a Britney Spears or Paris Hilton. With all of that said, I do not think the paparazzi have the right to invade your privacy when you are in your own home or backyard, that is really just not fair.

We cant have everything. If someone chooses to be rich and famous, rather than having a normal life, there's a price to pay.

I think celebrities shouldn't complain. Yeah, they also have to have their private lives. But they should've thought about it before they became celebrities. They're stars, for crying out loud, stars are always supposed to be public. I mean, that's the ugly truth about it. People won't allow you to have a private life. It naturally comes with your profession. It's sad I know, should I be in their position, ahem ahem, I'd also be pissed off. But it's what they chose. Deal with it.

Thank you for your response. That's exactly what I mean. Before being famous, they love paparazzi but most of them don't love them when they are so famous. But they shouldn't forget that they are only famous with paparazzi.

i think the paparazzi has to set some limits in interfering with the lives of celebrities. All people have rights, even celebs. Their means of living might be in the limelight but all people deserve some private moment.

I think that paparazzi (and the media that drives them) are despicable. We have no right to gloat over the private lives of other people, whether they are famous or not.

I think the paparazzi should learn when to back off, look what they did to Tiger Woods. Didn't he deserve a bit of privacy when he was going through some extremely personal and private problems? Did we really need to know every detail of his life? He may have been in the wrong but it should have stayed between him and his wife, they ruined his career and probably his families lives as well. The paparazzi really make me sick at times, they should stick to reporting what they would want the public to know if they were the star instead of the reporter.
