What type of site you want to make ? You can make free website first many website builder give scope to make free website and if you can register there with small money your site can be great without much expense

What kind of site are you talking about? A website or a blog? If you wish to create a website, you must be having some business so I guess you're talking about a blog. Well, you should blog about whatever you are interested in. That'll keep your articles gripping. Correct me if I understood your request wrong..
