dear jotomy, and star .... the prediction made by paul .. will not be accepted to be psychics.. even by scientists. BECAUSE, .. all that is being done is.... " they are lowering two boxes of FOOD, and in each box, they are putting the flags of the country that they want to know the result of" .... and, this OCTOPUS, in search of food, wrenches open one of the boxes, and then, .. they are claiming the result to be psychic. alas.. today, fortune telling is so dirty and, engineered.

Ho Jotomy: Yeah, poor Paul. I can't beleive the way people can act. I mean, this sounds stupid for me: we are in the 21st century and people are beleiving in the psichic powers of an octopus . What's even worse is that most of the people that are talking about this powers and have faith on the octopus are well educated people. It seems that we still beleive in myths. sky, .. and, star.. as I have said in other responses too... I don't wish to ACKNOWLEDGE that this particular OCTOPUS PAUL, or his brother .. to be psychics. And, though it is agreed now that they do have jelly brains, which have been evolved in different circumstances, with a different exposure .. due to being in the deeps of ocean, .. they can never be adjudged, with the TWO OPTIONS. .. one should try out giving a choice to select from over 10 options, and then call the results. thanks for allowing me!

The fact that octopuses woul be very intelligent animals, didn't mean that they have the ability to predict the future and I think jus as you do, that it's very probably that Paul's owners teach the octopus to chose the right team. I do believe in the para normal, and try to understand the subject, through reading and talking with those who practice the psychic skills. but, I never bother to know the future. of anything. .. . and, I do consider the existence of GHOSTS and the spiritual beings. BUT, why bother? .. predictions are for the poor and weakly minded. Ha, oh yeah..I was thinking about that too, don't think there is a plural for octopus hehe. I'm on you regarding predictions..for me, at least, predictions may destroy many tangible things. I hope the octopus won't be used for when the end of the world will be. Because I don't believe in predictions at all. Paranormal can perhaps be associated with this subject too. BUT, YOU seem to be agreeing on the cosmic connections.. so, you are supporting the PARA NORMAL? if it is the choice between YES and a NO.. our results will be mostly correct. the error will be so negligible.. .. your theory needs to be sent to the ROYAL SOCIETY of LONDON, for further research.

Aunt, I'd have to go with you on this one too. I believe the predictions are coincidental in nature. That's my thought on this.

Not really fair to call she ruined me - nobody can do that except we ourselves - but she did bad mouth me a lot - made me out to be somebody who was jealous and so my bad eyes had killed that man because they were well off! Boooooooo. Today she is beind me for money even though she and her kids are well off! I am in the least concerned about money except to the extent that it is necessary for my food clothing shelter and medicine, and something reasonable for the person who looks after me. :) She had it so wrong!!! And my theory is - we - our thoughts and whatever we are - are made of elements which form compounds and ions constantly. I move with good people the ions get oriented like that, I move with bad people, the ions get oriented like that. Thought patterns change may be! This leads to certain behavior. Such connection can be made through nature as well. Why do you feel good when you take fresh air in the morning! There are simply no bad thoughts around!!! As the day progresses some disturbing ions come into atmosphere and the heat of the sun makes it possible for reactions making the same solitude uncomfortable for us. We feel good even within our homes in the mornings - and we are not suffering sun there! Anyway cosmic energy or gravitation forces of sun and other planets have to be there to hold balls like earth, mars, jupiter etc. in place! And they are not exactly pin point enery like a branch of the tree that holds the fruit. So yes they do pass through us! We dont understand it as yet. I believe there is a logical stuff there. But what is on as of now is gamble of predictions including mine. In the meanwhile I feet great when god honors my good wishes for others. :)

well, I feel honored to share my views with all these learned members of mylot. and, para normal is one great subject, which needs to be probed and analysed truly. these days, fortune telling is a great money-spinner, and truly a good vocation to pursue. I wish, I had done the basic schooling in this subject, rather than study the sturdy books of medicine.

If you check the history, almost all the famous and the infamous had their own predictions and astrologers, future predictions, and all. even HITLER had his friend.. I don't want to give out names.. BUT, after the SECRET police used this PSYCHIC for their own advantage, using his name for doing all the stuff, this psychic lost interest, and was also put in the concentration camps. ...
