Baby einstein cd's

im taking care of my baby cousin who is a cute 6 omnth old baby boy. every morning one of our routine is to play one of the baby einstein cd. it contains different baby songs. i know he doesnt fully understand what the cd is all about but he is really entertain by it. whenever he hears it, his tantrums stops.
my aunt said that she used to watch baby einstein cd's when she was pregnant. it makes your child bright/intelligent. maybe my cousin is intelligent coz he sometimes answers my questions by nodding and other body movements.
have you and your baby listens/watch baby einstein? does it also helps you like it does to me and to my cousin?

yes my neighbors daughter wich ive know since she was born has always been watching all those shows but be careful there are some shows that make babies stupid like barney

I've never really been one to use a lot of the Baby Einstein products. When my son was little he had a couple of them, but they weren't something that he was really interested in on a regular basis. That said, I don't honestly know whether they make a difference or not because I also work with my children one on one on a regular basis and I believe that that in and of itself makes the vast majority of the difference in terms of their capability to learn.
