is there any easy way to make money online without paying , cause i like surfing the net and having fun so am looking for a way to earn money on the net please help me send me some links and i will try to do that

I can send you the link. It's a free site and they pay 6 levels deep for referrals, even if you don't want to do that, you still earn just for using the site as your homepage and do your emails, or go to other sites and do what you want to do there(play games, watch movies, instant message etc).

There is no easy way to earn money online. apply for writing jobs. all the jobs need hardwork and effective time management.
