Recently weather in Polans is really hot. Everyday termometer shows at least 30 celsius degrees. At first it was quite pleasant - at last warm days after all this rain. But now it's really troublesome. I have no energy, I just lay on the bed and pray that this heat will end.
So how do you deal with the heat? I really need some advice because I'm dying here...

I hate the heat as i find that with high blood pressure it makes me feel very ill at times aswell as it is very hard to cool down.I have ceiling fans, which do not seem to help one bit aswell as that i have all my windows open and the blinds shut to try to keep the house cool.I also try to drink loads as that way to keep cool aswell.

Hello!
Yes at first It was nice, because every day before was rain or overcast, but this is second week I think when we have this sunny days. I am happy when outside is raining, because then we can breath and It is better for my garden too. I do not how to fight with this problem I too do not have a energy anymore. Every day I drink a cold water with ice and when I go outside I do not stay there a long time, because I surrvive one sunburn before some days. Have a nice day!

People deal with the heat according to their habitants.People living in the south areas does not affected by 30 celsius degrees but people from Russia or Finlandia want less heat to live.It is reality that the weather is going differently from its past.Sometimes the places where the rain cannot drop can get rain other can be so hot.I mean the global warmin is real :)
