While many of us now use mobile phones in place of land-line phones in our homes, the primary benefit of mobile phones remains their portability. A mobile phone is only as portable as its power source, however, so to get the most out of your phone you need to get the most out of your battery. When it comes to battery life, there are two separate, but connected, considerations: how to make the battery last longer between charges, and how to prolong the overall life of the battery. so far i have changed my nokia's battery twice no. how a bout you guys? let's share. .

I have used my Sony Ericsson S700i for 3 years but i never changed its battery, until it had a software problem and it wont boot so its now in the cabinet, gathering dust. My other phone, a Panasonic GD30, I've already changed thrice, until the charger conked out and the phone became useless.

I have ever experienced change my Siemens phone battery. After I changed the battery, my phone performance was not going better. Then I decided to sold it. I don't change my mobile phone battery again. When it seem has to be replaced, I sold it and buy the new one. Furthermore, when the battery need to be replaced, the condition of the phone itself is not good anymore. The battery life cycle is about two years and I think replace mobile phone and get the new one every two years is not waste my money

my nokia takes more than 2 years to change.. one tip I usually apply, on the first use.. deplete battery life completely and charge battery straight for 8 hours..as a sort of remedy ailing batteries may still be wrapped in old newspaper and placed inside the freezer overnight to rejuvinate the dry cell..

I have never replaced any batteries in my cell phones. I usually will not let it get to teh point where I need to replace it anyway. I like to upgrade every year, to keep up with technology. Now, I know that sounds excessive, but I have read posts where users will change phones every few months, which can get expensive to do that. Now, I possibly won't change the phone I have now, as I like it way to much. The only way I would upgrade is if there would be a newer model come out of the phone I have now. I had done research on the phone I bought in March, so more than likely, I won't change it to quickly. I just never have liked the cell phones I have had up to now, as it would never fail that every time that I upgrade, then a better one would come out. It is just so hard to keep up with technology, as it is constantly moving, and I like to move with it. Anyway, I hope I don't have to ever replace any battery. Take care, and happy mylotting.
