When will it end?

I am sick. All week I have been dragging and just not feeling well. Last night I slept on the couch from around 6pm until 10, woke up for a little while and back to sleep again around 11pm. I was on the couch again, I did not have the energy to go upstairs to bed. Still in the clothes I wore yesterday. I woke up at 7am, and already I am ready for bed.
When will it end? I have barely any energy.
What do you do when you do not feel well and you are so tired you can barely do anything?

Hi Pals,
Sorry for that terrible disease that is putting you down but as Adrian has said, don't just sleep. wake up and drag yourself to the shower take a birth as the sweat makes one stink so bad and feel fatigued if you don't take a shower.
Take a lot of water with fruits as these will help you gain more energy and the water assist the body to metabolize fast and re-hydrate it as one normally sweats a lot. try not to remain on the coach laying in bed but sit up right.
I do hope that you have seen a doctor and that you are taking your medicines and having something to eat, otherwise it will take longer for you to recover. i personally prefer injections to medicine as they do work faster.
Hope you get well soon pal.
Take Care!

Thank you! I did just lie around and during the days I felt better I went to the garden to weed. Come mid afternoon I was bushed and just watched tv on the couch. I took a little bit of a walk on Sunday and that seemed to energize me a bit, but Monday and today.........blech! I am drinking lots of fluids and my special drink, fruit juice blended with veggies.
Thank you Adrian and Wabuge!

hi rose. i hope by this time you are already feeling good. yes, there are really times that we get sick, feels like we have heavy things on our shoulder, we can't move well. all we do it is to stay at home and sleep. don't you think it comes with the weather we have now? some people think that way and they say, we have no choice.

I think I know what you need! I think you need to take medicine to ease what you feel. If you're sick then you need to take something to make you feel better. And also don't forget to grab something to eat! And plenty of water! Those things are what I usually do when I don't feel well. Hope it would be a help!

I did take some medicine that was prescribed for a continuing ailment. It is not good to take all the time because of the side affects that cause muscle spasms. I only take it when I am really suffering. Guess I waited too long to begin taking it because the condition probably is the culprit for the exhaustion. Then again, maybe it was/is something else.
Thank you very much!
