Recently I was lectured about Obama's elections and I was explained that Obama won the election against two powerful people because of the special use of the Internet. He used Facebook, Google, MySpace and some other Internet web sites to promote himself, and it worked. I'm sure he did some more on the Internet, but I don't really remember all of what he's done, but the main point is that he used the Internet a lot.
Is it really the 'secret'?

It's all part of a political campaign. There are a million online users every day and to reach this people is a plus. He chose the right medium to reach them and he has a good platform to start a government. He's a good orator too, in short he's a charmer.

Internet is not really the secret to be honest. It just helps, because most people, like me, don't watch a lot of T.V. anymore and tend to stick glued to the computer now. People usually research candidates online, so it is really helpful if a candidate used the arts of the internet to promote himself. Its like a win/win situation for both persons.

Probably, but not entirely I think. The Internet has become a very powerful tool these days.
