How Is Your Emergency Preparedness Kit ??

I remember a few years back the government here in America recommended that every household should put together an emergency preparedness kit in the event of a disaster or catastrohe. Households , I am not sure these recommendations are correct,should have enough food and water stored up to last at least 3 to 7 days, Along with other items one would keep on hand in the event of loss of electricity and other utilities. Sorry to say that I am not fully prepared. I am working on it. How about you, are you ready if there is some kind of disaster to deal with?

We do not have an emergency preparedness kit in my apartment. Catastrophe doesn't come in my area that much. And if they do, they do not that a lot of damage.
