How was you encounter to the Paranormal?

I don't wish to encounter one. And I don't challenge either. Perhaps they have a right to live here as we have.

Mine was was in my own house! Haha. I have a couple of paranormal experiences here in our house. One of the creepiest is when I was in the kitchen and I thought my dad went out to check our tree in our backyard. I mean, I saw him there through a window, but then I saw him entering our kitchen! I was like, didn't you just go out? He said no I was upstairs looking for something. Another was when I stayed up late because of a movie I was watching. Before going upstairs I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. While drinking, I saw a hand suddenly grabbed my ankle! I backed away quickly and because I was very sleepy, I quickly dismissed freaking out and ignored investigating the incident further. I went to my room and when I got there, I closed the lights and lied down. However, I suddenly felt someone lying beside me and I jumped out of my bed and immediately opened the lights. Of course I found no one there. Because of this, I went to my sister's room and asked if I could sleep in my room. Now, I learned to just ignore whatever paranormal experiences thrown at me.

Mine was hearing my 3 year old Grand daughter when she pointed to a photograph of my Mum who passed away in 2003 and staring at it and saying that is the lady that comes into my bedroom when I am in bed. I think it is wonderful and yes I am envious as I would love to see Mum just once more. x

I have had several encounters. The most memorable one was waking up one night at my moms home, and having a man standing over me, looking me right in the face, when I jumped he vanished.

i had multiples but my worst is at my cousins house..it the most haunted. At night in my cousins besdroom closet you can hear something rattling around and when your in the shower home alone you will hear someone walk up the stairs and then knock on the door still while your in the shower, but once you say yeah or who is it or what the figure will walk in and then you'll see and outline of a little kid standing outside the shower door. but once you open the shower door the figure will disappear and the door will slam shut too. We went into the attic and their was like a door up their and we were crawling through it all 3 of us got slapped in the back of the head really hard. but later on we found out that thier was a guy living their back in the 1970's and his nickname was RUDE... idk why but on the front of the house you see RUDE carved into the bricks..its chalk but when you go to clean it off it doesnt come off... But with the rattling in the closet the owner Rude had hung someone in their andd then he also killed about 10 other peopel nad thier spirit is still thier like thiers and old guy thats in a room and loves to rock the chair back and forth, you have 3 kids that can not go any further than downstairs which is weird and then we belive theirs a basement underneath the floor but its concret but right now he's tearing it all up to find out if thier is a door or not. but sometimes you can smell a rottening smell and its just horrible.

I have had three such encounters. Once when I was lying in bed, I saw a child run into my room but he ran back out and disappeared as soon as I got out of bed. Another time I woke up to see a woman in my room who vanished within seconds. A few days ago I woke up and spoke to my mother on the phone while still in bed. After hanging up I closed my eyes and felt someone squeeze my hand hard but when I opened my eyes no one was there. Right now I am all alone at home and it is the middle of the night where I am and I am quite spooked out!

I onced saw a black ghostly figure on the stairs of our home about 20 years ago. I haven't forgotten the experience, it was really scary and it seemed unreal. But I know I wasn't dreaming because I was with my aunt and she saw it too. It wasn't just me. And we got to talk about it the next day, after it happened.

I was sitting in my living about four years ago now, I was watching some court show while my 2 babies were napping. It was about 1PM in the afternoon. My oldest was 3 and a hard headed child, she had wanted to nap in mommy's bed back I had made her sleep in her own. From the couch were I sitting I could see my bed through the open door. Movement in the corner of my eye caught my attention, I looked and this little girl was climbing into my bed. I naturally assumed it was my oldest. I stood up, walked across the living room into my bedroom to tell her to get back in her bed. When I got to the bed, nobody was there. You have to understand, I never took my eyes off the bedroom. The other door to the bedroom was closed, and when I checked on my daughter, she was asleep in her own bed.
