First of all, CONGRATULATIONS, what a heroic way to live.
Now I became Vegetarian two years ago. I love animals but couldn't stop eating, unfortunately haven't even thought seriously about this option, so I went to those forbitten websites with videos not allowed to -18 (not talking about that kind of movie, lol) and seeked for how pigs, cows are made...
Never ate again. I'm so proud of it. Vegetables became delicious, I feel more the taste of the food and I am a lot healthier, I'm even doing Yoga! I don't know, Vegetarianism changed me for good.
I didn't wear animals, but this is another step and not eating them makes me sleep well, I can live with my self you know?
For how long have you been Vegetarian?
And thanks! - No, that wasn't me, it was the ANIMALS!

Good for you on the 2 years! That's a big milestone. I became vegetarian when I was 12, and haven't touched meat since (ok, a couple times inadvertantly - at first - but I rationalize that that doesn't count!). I started mainly because I was 12, and went to Red Lobster with my family, and saw that they killed some of the lobsters on-site, and I thought this was super depressing. So that day I ordered a grilled cheese and never looked back..Still haven't! In November I had my 8 year "veggie"-versary. .
