Paypal Payments to India

Please discuss about the problems of accepting and paying to India by paypal is over or not and the present position

Hi! I'm from India and have NEVER faced a problem regarding payment to and from my paypal account. In fact, they have been very very prompt when it comes to paying out from my account and send me caution messages promptly even though I may have authorised the same!

I am from India, too. I got an email from paypal wherein they stated that Indian paypal users can only withdraw money to their bank account. They can not spend the money earned nor can send money to others. I have not made any transaction ever since I got this message.

I never knew India ever had a problem in Paypal. Some of my friends live in India, and they have find connection to Paypal. They never had a problem. Well, see ya later!
