Why does haircut got something to do with the students in private schools?!

I don't get it. So what if its part of school's regulations for neatness, there are guys out there who have great taste when it comes to hairstyling, but how are they gonna improve it when the faculty/administrators intend to cut of their hair often. Its unreasonable, especially when it doesn't suit the student's appearance.

Its a dress code. This is to prevent strangers to the school from mixing in with the rest. The school wants to separate its students from visitors. This helps other people who are not from the school to hurt students in the school and tell them apart. Its all part of dress regulation.

Then whats with the school ID checking for. Besides, in my school they even have visitor passes...
