Should Charice be a part of Glee ?

Charice has been confirmed to be a part of Glee as part of its 2nd season this year.
But many have been questioning her being a part of it for she is already a professional singer and those who have been a part of the 1st season are not yet considered professional ones. Charice would have an edge over them then and would bring them down.
There are those saying that "new recruit" for 2nd season Glee should also be a new one with no established professional career yet in the music industry.
On the other hand, her part on it would give boost to her career and make her more a household name to many.

True indeed that Charice is a prefessional singer but one must take note that her role is not that of a regular on the show. She is to be more of a special guest to the show since she is not given a permanent spot on the Glee. It would be the same, as far as my opinion, to the role of April Rhodes for the (Kristin Chenoweth). And besides there might be still some new cast members they are planning to add but wouldn't want to go publicly state it so as to seem as a surprise to the audience. But nonetheless, kudos for her.

Being part of Charice in Glee season 2 would make her career boom. As a filipina I am really proud of her. So I dont want to put any issues about it, just being proud of what she is getting now and bring the good name of filipinos
