I just recently went to mexico for a few days and one those days we did horseback riding. It was my first time to get so close to a horse and actually riding it. I learned how to control the horse as the instructor told us. We went for about an hour of horse walk touring the area and near at the end of the tour i decided to do something with the horse. I made it run and it did. I started bouncing up and down hurting my balls you know so i had the horse stop. My question is what should i do if i want to make the horse run without me hurting my you know?

Horse riding is easy only when you have proper training in controlling them. At the initially stage of riding it is better to have the professional horse rider with you which helps in case of emergency. Before, riding your horse you should always make sure about your protection. It is necessary that you should wear the horse riding accessories which helps in protecting from injury.

You gotta protect you somehow. If you are going at farm or something like that, you gotta ask the farmer about this. He must have something for your protection. And its better to stay on horse a little up.
